The repairman showed as scheduled in the morning and provided an estimate. The price was acceptable and he returned in the early afternoon to complete the installation. He did an excellent job of cleaning up when he was finished. He was also friendly and helpful. We plan to have him replace a 2nd water heater in the near future as it is the same age and model as the one that failed.
